1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Labsmart Software, provided by Labsmart Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Labsmart", "we", "us"). By creating an account, starting a free trial or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Labsmart.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Free trial

We offer a 5 Days Free Trial of Labsmart with access to the platform's features. No payment is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial you may choose a paid plan to continue; if you do not, your access may be limited or paused.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans start at Rs.417/month, billed monthly or annually. Fees are charged in advance and, except as described in our Refund Policy, are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice, and changes will apply to your next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable use

When using Labsmart, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable healthcare regulations.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or that you are not authorised to share.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Resell or provide the service to third parties except under an approved partner program.

6. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the lab and patient data you upload. You are responsible for the accuracy of reports you generate and for obtaining any consents required to process patient information. Labsmart is a tool to assist your lab and does not provide medical advice or diagnoses.

7. Service availability

We work to keep Labsmart available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and features may change over time as we improve the product.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Labsmart is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the platform in a way that risks harm to others. On termination, you may export your data during a reasonable wind-down period.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
