• Generate and deliver reports over WhatsApp, SMS and email at your instruction.

4. Data ownership and patient data

Your lab and patient data belong to you. Labsmart acts as a data processor and only uses this data to provide the service. We do not sell patient data, and we do not use it for advertising.

You can export your data at any time, and you remain responsible for obtaining any patient consents required by applicable law.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the platform (such as cloud hosting, SMS and payment providers), under contracts that require them to protect it. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and automated backups to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable wind-down period after cancellation, during which you can export it.
