2. Free trial first
Before you pay, you can explore the platform with the 5 Days Free Trial of Labsmart. No card is required for the trial, so you can evaluate Labsmart with no financial commitment.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us with your account details. To help us process it quickly, please include:
- The email or mobile number registered to your Labsmart account.
- Your lab name.
- The reason for the refund, so we can improve.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5โ10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
5. What is and isn't eligible
Please note the following:
- Refunds apply to your first payment when requested within the 7-day window.
- SMS credits and third-party add-on charges that have been consumed are non-refundable.
- Renewals after the guarantee window are non-refundable, though you can cancel to stop future billing.
6. Annual plans
Annual plans are also covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After this window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but will not auto-renew if you cancel.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you can export your data during a reasonable wind-down period.
